EDUCATION

This program commenced with the education of observers, citizens and representatives of the authorities and political parties in the field of the electoral process and legislation. This was followed by the education in the field of prevention and conflict resolution, political system, human rights, the process of decentralization and development of self- government, identification of most important social issues, and development of the civil sector. Target groups were different, from high school pupils, citizens, representatives of the authorities and non-governmental sector, to organizations that observe elections in other countries and which were supported in order to building their capacities.
